These Terms govern access to and use of Walletbridge. By using the service you accept them in full.
In effect from 10 August 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the Walletbridge service available at wallet-bridge.com ("Walletbridge", "we"). Details of the operating legal entity are available on request via support. "Item" means a digital gift card, prepaid code or other digital code listed in our catalogue. "Order" means your instruction to purchase an Item. "Balance" means the internal record of your funds held within the service.
By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Walletbridge is a marketplace for digital gift cards and prepaid codes. Inventory is supplied by partner providers and delivery is performed automatically once payment is confirmed. Walletbridge is not the issuer of the Items: activation rules, validity period, regional restrictions and terms of use of a code are set by the issuer (the store or platform) and apply to you directly.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when registering. One person uses one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account; if you suspect it has been compromised, contact support immediately.
The final cost of an Order, including all applicable fees, is shown before you confirm it. Catalogue prices may change; the price fixed at the moment of checkout applies to your Order. Conversion rates are sourced from exchange market data with the margin disclosed in the interface. Any taxes or duties arising for you in your place of residence are your responsibility.
An Order can be paid in cryptocurrency through the payment provider Heleket, from your internal Balance, or by a combination of both. By confirming an Order you instruct the provider to accept payment from the details you selected. An Order counts as paid once the provider or the network confirms the payment; the Item is not delivered before that. If the amount received differs from the Order amount, the Order is not activated until the discrepancy is resolved — please contact support.
Once paid, the code becomes available in the orders section of your account, and the moment you reveal it is recorded. Delivery time depends on the provider and is normally a few minutes. If the provider does not release a code, the Order stays in processing until clarified; where delivery proves impossible, the amount paid is credited to your Balance and available for withdrawal.
The Balance is a single internal record of funds, credited by refunds on cancelled Orders, cashback after its hold period and referral accruals. The Balance is not a bank account, electronic money or a deposit; it bears no interest and cannot be used for settlements outside the service. You may spend the Balance on Orders or request a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are sent to the details you provide. The network or provider fee is passed on to you without any markup from us and is shown before you confirm the request. We run security checks before paying out; a request may be paused or declined where an operation raises reasonable suspicion or where requested verification has not been completed.
Current cashback rates, referral terms and promo-code rules are published in the interface and may change for future operations. Accruals go through a hold period and become available once it ends. An accrual is reversed if the related Order is cancelled or refunded, and in cases of abuse — self-referral, registering multiple accounts or other schemes designed to extract benefits around the rules.
Digital codes are non-refundable once revealed, except where required by applicable law and where a code is provably defective. Send your request to support with the Order number and a description of the issue; we verify the code with the provider. If a refund is approved, the amount is credited to your Balance and available for withdrawal.
To comply with the law and to counter fraud we may ask you to confirm your identity and, in some cases, the source of funds: when risk rules trigger, when a withdrawal exceeds the applicable threshold, or when the payment provider requires it. Certain operations may be paused until the check is completed. We request no more data than the purpose of the check requires.
You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abuse of payment providers and suppliers, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Also prohibited: registering multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, automated scraping of the site, circumventing technical limits, and reselling Items under your own brand without a separate agreement. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed.
Organisations have access to a separate cabinet: API keys, contract pricing, invoices with deferred payment and business verification. Such access is governed by an additional agreement; where it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails. API keys count as credentials: the organisation is responsible for storing them and for the operations performed with them.
The site, its source code, design, texts and catalogue selection belong to the operator and are protected by law. Issuer trademarks and logos are used solely to identify the Items offered and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Reproducing site materials for commercial use without our written consent is not permitted.
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance windows and outages at suppliers, payment providers and infrastructure are possible. Maintenance that affects placing Orders is announced on the site. Individual catalogue sections may be temporarily unavailable if a supplier has paused delivery.
We may suspend access or close an account for breach of these Terms, on reasonable suspicion of fraud, or where we are legally required to do so. You can delete your account yourself in your profile: deletion takes effect after 30 days, during which the request can be cancelled and any remaining Balance withdrawn.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the Order that gave rise to it. We are not responsible for the acts of an Item's issuer, for changes to its rules, or for the consequences of passing a code to third parties after it has been revealed.
Before going to court, send a complaint to support with the Order number and a description of your claim — we review it and reply within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, it is heard by the court at the User's place of residence, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances it could neither foresee nor prevent: infrastructure and connectivity failures, acts of authorities, changes to issuer and payment-system rules. Performance is suspended for the duration of such circumstances; if they last more than 30 days, either party may withdraw from the unfulfilled Order with the amount paid returned to the Balance.
Legally significant notices are sent to the email address on your account and mirrored in your profile. You must keep that address current and check notices; a message is deemed received on the next business day after it is sent. Send your own notices to us using the contact details on this page.
We may update these Terms — for example when a new payment method is enabled or the set of services changes. The version in force is always published on this page and its date is shown at the top of the document. Material changes are announced on the site and, where appropriate, by email; continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation while preserving your rights. These Terms are published in English.
