Cookie Policy

Which cookies and local-storage technologies this site uses, what they are for and how to manage them.

In effect from 10 August 2026

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device when you visit a site and sends back with later requests. Alongside them we use browser local storage, which never leaves your device. Below, "cookies" refers to both technologies unless stated otherwise.

2. Which categories we use

The site uses strictly necessary technologies only: signing in, form protection, the cart, and your chosen language and theme. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent is requested — the law does not require it for strictly necessary technologies. If such categories are ever introduced, we will update this document and ask for your consent before they are set.

3. Full list of entries

Below is the complete list of entries the site creates:

  • better-auth.session_token (cookie) — proves you are signed in. Lifetime: until you sign out or the session expires.
  • Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection cookie — ensures a form was submitted from our site. Lifetime: session.
  • NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) — the interface language, so the page is rendered in it on the server straight away. Lifetime: up to one year.
  • theme (local storage) — the chosen appearance: light, dark or system. Lifetime: until cleared by the browser.
  • walletbridge.cart.v1 (local storage) — cart contents before an Order is placed. Lifetime: until cleared by the browser.
  • walletbridge.cart.autoOpenOnAdd (local storage) — the "open the cart when an item is added" preference. Lifetime: until cleared by the browser.
  • wb.cookie-consent.v1 (local storage) — a note that you dismissed the informational banner so it does not reappear. Lifetime: until cleared by the browser.

4. Analytics

We keep our own visit statistics and use no third-party analytics platforms. No cookies are created for it: a visit is tagged with a daily pseudonym derived by a one-way function from the IP address and user agent, so visits by the same person cannot be linked across days through that identifier. Neither the IP address nor the user agent itself is stored in the statistics.

5. Marketing and advertising

There are no advertising or marketing cookies on the site. We do not engage in cross-site tracking, retargeting or behavioural advertising, embed no ad-network pixels and pass no visit data to advertising platforms.

6. Third-party services on specific pages

Some steps require moving to a partner's page: payment happens on the payment provider's side and identity verification in the verification service's interface. Those pages may set their own cookies, governed by the respective provider's policy rather than this document.

7. How to manage this

Strictly necessary entries cannot be switched off without losing core functions: without the session cookie sign-in does not work, and without local storage the cart is not preserved. You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time, or block them — the catalogue stays browsable, but signing in and placing an Order become impossible. As we do no cross-site tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the set of technologies in use.

8. Changes to this Policy

We update this Policy when the set of cookies we use changes — for example when a new category appears. The version in force is published on this page and its date is shown at the top of the document; material changes are announced on the site.
